Flexim Roof Mortar can be installed from +140°F (+60°C) down to -13°F (-25°C)
Pest Control
Flexim is perfect for keeping rodents, birds, bats and other wildlife out of your roof or building. Flexim can be used to quickly fill gaps in buildings or large holes effectively sealing them up. Because Flexim hardens on the outside while staying soft on the inside this means that if an persistent critters try to get in, Flexim will reseal itself. Meaning repeated repairs would not be necessary. For pest control companies a box of Flexim can be easily stored in the shop or van for quick repairs.
Each box will do 15' to 20' of hip or ridge, both sides (30' to 40' one side)

Environmentally Friendly
Flexim Roof Putty contains no harmful ingredients and is formulated using natural linseed oil. It is therefore ideal for use during sustainable building construction.
Warranty
The Manufacturer warrants FLEXIM roof mortar as a sealing and adhesive material. Liability under this warranty is limited to the price of the product as purchased.
The guarantee applies exclusively where FLEXIM roof mortar is applied as a sealing product for ridge or hip tiles (both ceramic and concrete) when applies in accordance with the installation instructions in the leaflet.
Installing ridge tiles with Flexim Roof Mortar
Remove the Flexim strip from the packaging.
Press the Flexim onto a clean and dry surface. The width should be at least 2". Make sure the joints are completely filled with Flexim.
Place the Ridge tile onto the Flexim and press firmly into place. Ensuring the Flexim is both inside and outside of the ridge cap, keeping the joints as tight as possible.
Remove the excess Flexim and smooth the material to achieve a uniform appearance.
Use your finger to tidy up the joints.
Installing hip tiles with Flexim Roof Mortar
Apply the Flexim to a clean dry surface. Width should be 2"
Place the hip tile onto the Flexim and press firmly into place.
Secure the tiles.
Remove the excess Flexim and smooth to achieve a uniform finish.
